Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ANV AD Ltd. ("Promtys", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Promtys website builder, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Promtys is an AI-powered platform that helps service businesses create, publish, and run websites — including online booking that synchronizes with third-party scheduling and CRM systems. This Policy applies to:
- Customers — businesses and individuals who create an account and use Promtys to build sites; and
- Visitors / End Users — people who visit websites built and hosted with Promtys (for example, to book an appointment).
If you are an End User interacting with a website built by one of our Customers, please note that the Customer is the controller of your data for that interaction. Promtys acts as a processor on the Customer's behalf, and the Customer's own privacy policy governs how your information is used.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account data: name, email address, password, company name, phone number, and billing details.
- Profile and site content: text, images, logos, business details, services, prices, and other content you add to your website.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team, survey responses, and feedback.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage data: pages and features used, actions taken in the dashboard, timestamps, and referring URLs.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and crash or diagnostic data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.
1.3 End User and Visitor Data (Processed on Behalf of Customers)
When a website built with Promtys collects information from its visitors — for example, through a booking form or contact form — that information may include names, contact details, appointment preferences, and any other fields the Customer configures. We process this data on behalf of the Customer to provide the booking, hosting, and synchronization features of the Service.
1.4 Information from Integrations
Where a Customer connects a third-party scheduling or CRM system, we may receive and synchronize data such as services, staff, availability, prices, and appointment records to keep the website and the connected system consistent.
1.5 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems; we receive limited transaction and billing information needed to manage your subscription.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, operate, host, and maintain your account and websites;
- generate website structure, copy, and design using AI based on the inputs you provide;
- enable online booking and synchronize data with connected third-party systems;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out of marketing at any time); and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. AI Processing
Promtys uses artificial intelligence to generate website content (structure, copy, layout, and styling) from the information you provide. To do this, your prompts and inputs may be processed by Promtys and by AI service providers acting as our subprocessors. We do not use your private content to train publicly available foundation models except where you have given explicit consent or as otherwise described to you. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have requested;
- Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and promote the Service, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — for certain cookies and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time; and
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
For End User data processed on behalf of Customers, the Customer is responsible for establishing the appropriate legal basis.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, AI processing, analytics, email delivery, and payment providers who process data on our instructions.
- Connected integrations: third-party scheduling/CRM systems that a Customer chooses to connect, to enable synchronization.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Promtys, our users, or others.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request at contact@promtys.com.
6. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. End User data processed on behalf of a Customer is retained according to the Customer's instructions and our agreement with them.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through our cookie banner. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request portability of your data; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@promtys.com. If you are an End User of a website built by a Customer, please direct your request to that Customer; we will assist them as needed. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites
Websites built with Promtys, and links within them, may lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
